Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fustera" 1 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
