You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Chalet San Andres 3 bedrooms and private pool

Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 independent floors.  
First floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room  
ground floor: 1 bedroom and a bathroom.  
The villa has air conditioning, with riu rau, terrace, 10x5 pool. Just 700 m from La Fustera beach and 400 from the supermarket. Sunny all day, parking for several cars,  
 Very quiet area.  
  
The entrance to the chalet does not have a door. There is parking for several cars  
  
Wi-Fi is offered as an extra service (€50) per week.  
The pool cleaning company comes on Monday and Thursday mornings during high season. In winter they come once a week, depending on the organization of work, they come on Mondays or Thursdays.  
  
Any doubt or question we are located through the Airbnb Chat.  
  
The collection and return of keys is done at Calle Gibraltar 4, Calpe  
  
The exact address of the Chalet is Calle ALbercoquer 12 (It depends if you use Maps (iOs) or Google Maps, it can come out as Calle Albercoquer 11\. On the door of the Chalet it puts the two numbers 11 and 12.

#### EXCELLENT EMPLACEMENT

Maison très bien située, proche plages et commodites. Superbe piscine. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un plus . La maison nécessiterait un rafraîchissement pour la déco . Il manque également des matelas sur les transats. Peu d’ustensiles de cuisine.
