Villa Eva is situated just on the outskirts of Moraira in the peaceful area known locally as benisa costa, a beautiful part of the Northern Costa Blanca. It is just 5 minutes drive from Moraira town and literally 1000mts from the beach. The local towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe are only a short drive away along very picturesque roads. Villa Eva is entered through its own private electric gates just off a quiet side road, away from the hustle and bustle of the sea front. A set of steps leads you up to the front door and main entrance hallway. The living accommodation is set out on one level with the spacious fully equiped kitchen, lounge and pool terrace all flowing through beautifully so that family time can be spent together and within the same space. On the same level are 2 beautifully decorated air conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin (the combinations of beds in these 2 rooms can be adjusted to suit specific requirements). A separate bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet serves both of these bedrooms. From the main entrance hall a set of marble stairs takes you up to the first master bedroom suite with a modern style en suite bathroom, dressing room and its own balcony overlooking the pool. This room is air conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. We have just completely refurbished this bedroom with a brand new bed and bedroom furniture, and we are particularly proud of this room. The bathroom has his and hers wash basins, toilet and bidet and a lovely big shower. Back to the entrance hall and a second set of marble stairs takes you down to the second master bedroom, also with its own beautiful en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower and also a toilet, bidet and a full sized wash basin and vanity unit. The bedroom is also air conditioned. The lounge and indoor living area has a comfortable cream leather 3 piece suite and a large 55” smart tv with all the English channels available. It is possible to move the dining table inside into this room but we prefer to eat outside. Villa Eva also has free Wi-Fi. The lounge has 3 sets of large patio doors which lead directly onto the open naya and then onto the spacious pool terrace. We have comfortable outside furniture to relax either in the shade or sun loungers on the pool terrace. There is a big wind down awning which extends down from the naya and provides as much shade as you would require. Roman steps lead into the shallow end of the pool and there are 2 sets of steps at the deep end to get out. At night there are underwater pool lights which can be switched on and this really does provide an irresistible temptation for those midnight swims!! Also on the pool terrace is the traditional Spanish BBQ which is available for everyone to use. The local supermarket has one of the best meat counters I have seen and enjoying some of their special cuts on the bbq is pure heaven. We have added a lovely hammock in the pool area which is perfect for relaxing in. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything required to self cater, there is an upright fridge freezer and a second fridge under the worktop if you need somewhere to keep those extra wine supplies. A four ring hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery - everything is there. There is a small breakfast bar in the kitchen too with stools. From the kitchen the outside door also leads out to an area of artificial grass and then onto the pool terrace itself. At night time the garden is illuminated which makes for a captivating atmosphere when sitting outside and watching the world go by while sipping cool drinks. We like to drink cocktails while we sit around the pool and you will find everything you need to make them in the kitchen, from a cocktail shaker to martini or bellini pool safe glasses. Villa Eva is located in a quiet and peaceful location and there is little or no passing traffic to disturb the tranquility and yet a short 3 minute drive gets you to the local supermarket located just on the edge of Moraira. Benissa Costa - this is where Villa Eva is located and is perfectly placed to enjoy the whole area. The main town of benissa is a 10 minute drive inland and it has a good array of shops and supermarkets but the easiest place to get to is Moraira which is literally a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find absolutely everything you will need, numerous supermarkets, banks, shops and of course lots of places to eat. At night the Moraira area really comes into its own, its enchanting side streets with lots of cosy little restaurants tucked away or the promenade along the sea front have a choice of places to eat for anyone - we still haven't tried them all as there are so many to choose from!! There are also lots of little boutique shops to spend your euros on!! Beaches - there are lots to choose from depending on what you like all within easy distance from Villa Eva. Our nearest beach is a beautiful little cove with a sandy area and is perfect for the children, coincidently it also has a fabulous restaurant overlooking it. Moraira town, has a fantastic sandy beach, which never seems to get too crowded and we have always been able to park. Here you can enjoy a few more fun things if that is your thing, such as aqua bouncy castles and pedalos. If snorkelling is what you like then you are in the perfect place too, there is pretty much a different location for every day there are so many places to choose from. Golf - there are 5 golf courses in the area. The local club, Club De Golf Ifach was designed by Javier Arona and Seve Ballesteros designed the Club DE GolfOliva Noma which is also a challenging course - or so we are told!! If you just want to enjoy the surrounds, there is a breath taking walk right along the coast from moraira to calpe and is a must, even if you only do a short section of it. You will have some of the best views of little rock coves it is possible to get and there is an abundance of wildlife and nature to see along the way. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Elaine A., Lichfield 29 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Fortnight Stay In June We had a two week stay in June, the first week with our daughter, son in law and and 3 year old granddaughter, then the following week my sister joined us and we all enjoyed the Villa and Moraira area which have some lovely beaches and restaurants which cater for all. The weather was fabulous, each day around 32 degrees so the pool was a real joy and our granddaughter really progressed with her swimming ability while we cooled,off. The Villa is well equipped, we had a bbq night one evening which worked well and having the kitchen and lounge on the same floor as the pool area makes eating outside very easy. On arrival we found the safe out of action and the basement bedroom door handle stuck once closed, the latch did not return to open the door so my husband and son in law had to remove the door handle to open it which was slightly concerning, I was thankful it wasn’t our granddaughter locked in there but the next morning the property manager called and rectified this so all well in the end so all in all a lovely two weeks which we all thoroughly enjoyed. ##### Elaine A. The bedrooms were all comfortable and well spread out to provide privacy. The only downside was, being August, there was a lot of mosquitoes, so we needed to retreat indoors, and the lack of aircon in the lounge made it a bit uncomfortable, but we knew there was no aircon in there when we booked so not the owner’s fault! The house is nice and clean and have good air condition and wifi. The outside area is fantastic with a very nice covered terrace and a pool with a good size for a family. The view is totally amazing. There was a welcome package in the fridge which makes you feel very welcom. The only two smaller issues is the couch in the outside launch area is broken - not very nice to sit in. And the toilet on the first floor is not working properly. But all in all the house gets my best recommendations. ##### Jan L. The views from the Villa are beautiful both day and night. The location is peaceful and quiet. The villa itself was spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms and much needed air conditioning in the bedrooms. Well equipped Kitchen. The pool area was perfect for our family holiday. My only neg comment would be the steepness of the roads in the area which made walking anywhere difficult with the young grandchildren. We hired a 9 seater vehicle which struggled with some of the hills. With hind site 2 smaller cars would have been better and there is plenty of parking space on the drive to accommodate this. I would certainly recommend a visit to Villa Eva. Kim the property manager was most helpful during our stay whenever we needed. I would highly recommend this villa. ##### David and Julie M. The outside space in particular was great. We made fantastic use of both the pool and the bbq. The awning worked well when additional shade was required. We spent little time indoors but am sure that the sitting room would have been comfortable had we used it. The kitchen was well equipped, meeting our holiday needs when we chose to dine in. The villa is in a super location with great views across the valley and conveniently situated for exploring the area. A car is recommended as Taxis are not the easiest to book! The villa was well presented with a super pool. The poolside hammock was real hit. Communication with the villa contact was excellent throughout and any questions were promptly answered. From our arrival to our departure we had all wished that we’d book this for our entire stay. The Villa is very well appointed and situated in a lovely location - near enough to the beach and amenities but far away enough for the peace and quiet. There is also a lovely breeze from time to time that takes the sting out of a very hot day. The pool is also a great size and very well maintained. Both Paul and Kim the property managers were great and incredibly helpful. It felt really homely and showed that someone has cared for the property and was keen for their guests to also enjoy it. Communication was excellent all the way through and we were very sad to have to leave. Thank you to Mark and his team for a wonderful stay. We really hope to come back and visit again. ##### John T. I always try and write balanced reviews, so here are the pros and cons ; Pros ; Rooms are spacious - the upstairs master bedroom in particular is lovely with great views The pool is a decent size and was cleaned twice weekly Kitchen is small but well equipped (although the kettle was a bit temperamental!) The views from the terrace across the valley are very nice (especially at night) The local property manager Paul was very helpful, especially when we managed to lock ourselves out at 1.30 in the morning! It is really tranquil - very little noise Cons ; Room around the pool is quite limited for a group of 8 Mosquitoes were a major problem for us. We were getting bitten around the pool from 4.30 every afternoon. This was probably a specific issue this summer, but late afternoon is our favourite time to sunbathe, so it was a problem for us. The biggest drawback with this villa for us was the location. I have no doubt that it would suit many people, but the lack of local amenities was an issue for us. You have to drive everywhere. There are no bars, shops or beaches within a 40 minute walk. Because of the local geography you have to travel up and down the valleys, with no shortcuts. The roads are quite narrow and very steep - you will spend a lot of time in first gear! As the designated driver I spent far too many hours of this holiday behind the wheel, and that does not make for a restful holiday. This is clearly no fault of the villa owners, and does not detract from the fact this is a very nice property, but it is a consideration for many people, and we should have done more research. This was our first time in the Benissa / Moraira area, and we had failed to appreciate the importance of location. Many prospective holidaymakers will not be put off by this - if you want peace and quiet and are happy to drive everywhere, the villa is perfect. It just wasn't quite right for us. ##### Chris J. Loved the fantastic view from the villa!! The pool was clean and very much appreciated. Garden and pool area were well sheltered in a nice and calm area. There were enough space for 2 families.
