Apartment located on the 6th floor of the Gemelos 4 building (Tower 2), just a step away from the famous Levante Beach and in the heart of the leisure area, you will have at your fingertips a vibrant offer of bars, pubs and international cuisine restaurants to suit all tastes.   
  
The apartment can accommodate 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a living-dining room with wifi, air conditioning and a sofa bed for two people, perfect for families and groups of friends.   
  
Equipped kitchen, full bathroom, glazed terrace area.   
  
In addition, you can enjoy a refreshing community outdoor swimming pool, perfect for a dip of fresh water after a day of sun and beach.
