Great location and manager very helpful. We booked a superior room but very disappointed with the standard. Room very dated, sockets falling off walls and WiFi intermittent.

Hotel owners are great, very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed our stay was here for a 40th birthday, position is perfect for the nightlife, restaurants, beach , downtown benidorm, could not fault this. Picture on hotels .com must be for the penthouse room as this was not was received at check in but the apartment was clean and small touches made it better than most. Improvements could of been a balcony, not all the rooms had the same features. We had a blue tooth system on the room which was handy but not in the. Others within the group. Pool was not heated and sun was in area from 1pm till about 4pm, so good for afternoon sunbathing however not a huge area so can get cramped. Noise is heard from the nightclubs below but being lads this did not interfere too much with sleeping. Overall pros, great location to everything required, cons : pool and size
