Beautiful apartment located on the first line of Levante Beach in Benidorm. This is a renovated apartment situated on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea in a development with communal parking and direct access to the beach. The apartment has three bedrooms, with an independent kitchen, a common bathroom and another en suite in the main bedroom, and a spacious living room connected to a terrace with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea. The development is located at the end of Levante Beach, surrounded by all services and entertainment.   
  
You can have WiFi by paying 5€/day   
  
Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45\. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.

#### Apartment needs many repairs. Awesome view

The apartment is spacious and it has a prime location being across street from the beach. Very busy beach and location, noisy at night since we couldnt close the windows due to the heat. Two of the bedrooms have very inefficient fans, the third bedroom nothing. The place needs many repairs, doors to the bathrooms do not close, one shutter in the second bedroom does not come down, 2 shutters in dining room did not work either. Kitchen oven did not work and we did not even have one dish towel available. Only one low quality bath towel and hand towel per person. When I mentioned these things to the property manager he said we should have let him know right away to get things repaired. Who wants to go on vacation and have people doing repairs? It is obvious the place is not properly maintained and inspected before arrival of guests. The things we found were not new problems. Definitely will not come back and can’t recommend this place in its present condition. Very dissatisfied and do not plan to use HomeAway again.
