Sep 11, 2019 Liked: Location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Apartment needs many repairs. Awesome view The apartment is spacious and it has a prime location being across street from the beach. Very busy beach and location, noisy at night since we couldnt close the windows due to the heat. Two of the bedrooms have very inefficient fans, the third bedroom nothing. The place needs many repairs, doors to the bathrooms do not close, one shutter in the second bedroom does not come down, 2 shutters in dining room did not work either. Kitchen oven did not work and we did not even have one dish towel available. Only one low quality bath towel and hand towel per person. When I mentioned these things to the property manager he said we should have let him know right away to get things repaired. Who wants to go on vacation and have people doing repairs? It is obvious the place is not properly maintained and inspected before arrival of guests. The things we found were not new problems. Definitely will not come back and can’t recommend this place in its present condition. Very dissatisfied and do not plan to use HomeAway again. ##### Angela B.
