It has 86 m2 built and has been renovated. It has 2 bedrooms (1+1), living-dining room, independent kitchen and 1 complete bathroom with shower. The apartment offers sea views, within a large closed urbanisation and at the same time quiet, with physical doorman, community swimming pool, common green areas, tennis court and children's playground for the youngest in the house. Rincón de Loix is the most innovative part of Benidorm, with its Levante beach and the great variety of shops, making it the favourite area of national tourism. Levante beach is known for being the sunrise beach, one of the best in Europe, occupying more than 2 kilometres of fine sand. In the Rincón de Loix area of Levante beach, the cable ski stands out, a fun water sport that allows water skiing without boat propulsion. A short distance from the apartment you can find Aqualandia, a large water park next to another marine and exotic animal park, Mundomar.
