It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with bathtub and 1 with shower and hairdryer) and capacity for 7 people. 105m² accommodation, less than 500 meters from the old town, overlooking the pool and garden. It has an elevator, 15 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally (from Easter to October), paddle tennis court ( does not include equipment), 1 parking space in the same building, 3 televisions (Smart TV), iron. The open-plan induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. \- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, location 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burguer King. \- €200 is retained as a deposit on a credit/debit card or cash, failing that. \- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.) \- Check out before 11:00 a.m. \- Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per night with a maximum cost of €50 per reservation. We are family of 7 and the apartment size was perfect as we have 5 teenagers!!! There’s enough room for them all to spread out and not get on each other’s nerves lol!!! It has 2 bathrooms which was a god send when you’re all trying to get ready. Fantastic location, over the road from the beach and easy walk down into the old town. You felt very safe and the buildings was very secure. The pool area was great we enjoyed many days round the pool and in it. There wasn’t anything not to like!! We will be back!
