It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with bathtub and 1 with shower and hairdryer) and capacity for 6 people. Accommodation of 105m², less than 500 metres from the old town, with views of the pool and garden. It has a lift, 15 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, communal and children's swimming pool open during season (from Holy Week to October), paddle court (equipment not included), 1 parking space in the same building, 3 TVs (Smart TV), iron.
