Check-in and checkout was easy and fast. Very good staff and they attended to our needs instantly. Room service was very good. Quality of food was average. Air conditioning was good and effective. We had an entrance room, bed room, kitchen, bathroom and pooja room, setup like an apartment and it is good for small family. In order to get the ride, he mis guided the taxi. Plenty of hot water and the bed was comfortable. Nice tv with lots of local channels- ask the manager to set up the cable when you arrive as they will bring the box and remote upon request. Staff were so friendly and helpful to all my concerns and special requests. I wanted to get a variety of fresh fruits when I arrived - they drove me by scooter to the local market and helped me negotiate with the local shops!!! Thanks guys!! Will stay here again next time. Shuttle service was only 500 rup each way. Call when you arrive and a driver will come. Much better than the local taxis.
