Beautiful, comfortable timber house "Srub Pohodář". In a quiet position. Private: property (fenced), large garden. Tennis, badminton, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing, sandbox), parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop "Benešov nad Černou, Dluhoště" 920 m, railway station "Kaplice" 13 km. Nearby attractions: Benešov nad Černou 4.5 km, Kaplice 8 km, Český Krumlov 30 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kozí Pláň 17 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Kancléřský rybnik 2 km. Hiking paths: Vysoký kámen 1 km, Rozhledna Hradiště 5 km, Prales Hojná Voda 18 km.  
4-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Large balcony. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
