The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site. Ski or bicycle room for shared use with a lockable ski cabinet per holiday apartment. **Your holiday apartment** **Your holiday apartment** offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 34 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with dinette and TV. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with TV, electric cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer) and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. **Location** Benecko, 750 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The building has 4 holiday apartments CSR RIG 161 (each for 4 people), 3 of these have 2 bedrooms, 1 of these has only 1 bedroom, the units are allocated based on availability, but still, the unit with 1 bedroom is nicer and after renovation. There is also a studio CSR RIG 162 (for 2 people). Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property. **Special** Central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. **Pool** All pools are available for shared use.
