Nothing unique about the property. The welcome wasn’t exactly full of enthusiasm. No welcome, fill in this, key handed over. That’s it. Had to go back to reception to get wifi code.

Parking was easy for this allotted room. Nice big bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again if I need to stay in Bendigo. Convenient location.

Very noisy and drafty air-conditioner, couldn't sleep with it on and it went down to 2 degrees overnight. Otherwise, great!

I am sorry if the heater was noisy. Every bed has an electric blanket, so there is no need for you to sleep with the heater on. I wish that people who have to report something that needs repair would not do it anonymously so we know which room needs attention. Thank you for your review.

Small mix up with bedding configuration when we arrived but this was quickly sorted out and fixed. Breakfast was very good and room clean.

Comfortable stay
The stay was fine. Clean room. Good water pressure for a shower. Room was a little dated but sufficed. Was a little disappointed I couldn't park inside as my rooms car spot was given to other guests. Also was told over the phone that English breakfast was included. Confirmed on 3 occasions in the same phone call, however, the motel said breakfast was not included. So had to pay extra. Very reasonable price for breakfast I might add. Just disappointed it was an additional cost.

Sorry that your car space was swapped with another guest who had motor bikes and wanted them to be inside the courtyard, and you would have been given their space at the end of the building, but still off street. Neither of us would have told you that breakfast was included, or that we do a full English, because we don't. Perhaps you phoned another motel.
