« Customer service great. My parents enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was Rough. and the Bedwas NOT comfortable nor were the pillows. Alas. Property was very clean. Housekeeping was ok. I asked for linens to be changed but they were not and I wish the trash cans were lined specially in the bathroom. »

« Picked this motel as a place to rest for the night on a long road trip home due to the price and high rating on Expedia. It was fine... but I don't know that it totally lived up to its 8.4 star rating. Our room smelled, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, lots of homeless people around the back side of property. I'm not much of one for motels though... »

« What a pleasant surprise.
The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains.
We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time.
The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel.
The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...
