Some bikes need attention, but all are in working order. No helmets or locks though, so we had to rent those in th village. Helmets are required by law for children index 15, and you will get ticketed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to North store and Benham falls trail. ##### Melody C. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this home stayed over Thanksgiving vacation with myself and my husband and 3 young adult boys. Loved the upstairs master and then the boys stayed downstairs very comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. This rental makes you feel like you're at home. Love staying at the far end of Sunriver easy walk to get to some wonderful hiking and the river was not too far away and not as much traffic at that end. Would rent this home again. ##### Jill E. Close to the trails leading out to the waterfall hike and to the lava butte area. The house was well stocked for all our needs (though it would have been helpful to have more kitchen towels and wash rags). The kitchen Is very well stocked for all your cooking and baking needs. Some things that need updating include...the dishwasher needs to be replaced (as noted by multiple people in these reviews) be prepared to prewash and rewash everything. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed or replaced....its very wonky and loose. All in all a great place to gather multiple families with three generations of ages.
