If parking wasn't available right in front of our room, there was plenty of parking just 30 feet away. It had a great view, and the windows had privacy film on them, so people walking the tail by the window can't see in. Speaking of the trail, it was perfect having that easily accessible from the unit! The kitchenette was really useful as well. The only thing to that could've been better, is the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but fine for a couple night stay.
