From the light-filled great room to the jaw-dropping location, this home has what you need for an awesome vacation. This home sits just outside Sunriver, in the tranquil Three Rivers community, minutes from The Village shops and restaurants. Upon entering the home you'll be in a large, open space with the living room attached to the kitchen and dining areas. The living area features comfy furnishings with queen sleeper sofa and a large river rock fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The adjacent dining room seats 10 and is connected to the gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and amazing views of the Deschutes. On this main level is the king ensuite bedroom with private bath. featuring enhanced accessibility features including a roll in shower and wheel chair accessible sink. A second king bedroom plus a full bathroom with soaking tub and shower is also available. Head upstairs to find bedrooms 3 and 4, a king bedroom and a queen room. There's also a full bathroom on this level with walk-in shower. Outside on the deck is a private hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Head down to the river and this home's private dock to take a dip in the water or watch wildlife or drop in your pole to do a little fishing. The garage holds a full-sized pool table and bikes when you are ready to take a cruise around the neighborhood. \*\*\*This home is a part of a separate owner's association. We ask that all guests are respectful of neighboring properties and keep noise levels low outdoors from 10pm-7am.\*\*\* \-Please ensure all exterior lights are turned off from 10pm-7am to avoid light pollution. \-Please be kind and respectful of the neighbors as many of them are permanent residents. Driveway can accommodate parking for 1 RV. This home welcomes dogs, 2 maximum. Fees apply. If you’d like to sit by a gentle river, see all kinds of wildlife right outside your window and sit in an immaculate hot tub while star gazing, then this property is for you! Updated and clean, this house is exactly as advertised. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and sleek. The property managers communication is friendly and helpful. They check in to make sure everything is to your liking. I do not have a single negative thing to say about this property, you cannot go wrong. Located very close to Bend and tons of hiking and sightseeing. Do not skip the High Desert Museum, the lava fields and all the great restaurants in Bend. Home is close to the water, so pretty, lots of bird activity. Saw an eagal gets its prey and eat it right in front of us across the river. We love birds of prey and saw owls too. House is beautifully furnished, very clean, newly remodeled? Vspacious rooms, so big to spread out but feel close by to your loved ones. House has everything you need and we'll stocked. I loved the new high end pots and pans! You never get that in a vbro! So appreciate, it's the norm to not get great pots and pans usually which makes cooking no fun. Not the case here it was a joy to cook. The property was all fenced in. It was great for the dogs. What a plus to have a hot tub at any time! We use to do condos for our ski trips and had restrictions on hot tub times. It was so perfect and great neighborhood. There was a great river walk you could get to by walking to the end of the road. I kept my dogs on leash as requested (keeps them on the trail)and picked up there doo too. I hope all people do. The river trail walk was very clean, I saw many dogs and no messes. Great! We definitely want to check this property and area out agian in the summer . Bend was close and we loved the arcade, Lazer tag, bowling , so much fun!!! Also there were very good restaurants close by too, you don't have to go to Bend to get a great meal. Thanks we had a great time ##### Tami O.
