Sitting at the north end of Sunriver near the Woodlands Golf Course, you'll rest easy at this home surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. Take the bike paths or drive to the sports courts at Fort Rock Park, the shared pools at SHARC, or conveniences at the Village. The house has a modern cabin feel with polished wood floors and exposed wooden ceilings. A main open room features comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace in a decorative stone hearth, and warm lighting from windows and lamps to read by. There's also a flat screen TV for entertainment after a long day (cable & WiFi included). Cooking will be a delight in the freshly remodeled kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essentials and time-saving extras like a coffee maker and dishwasher. Three stools are great for a quick bite at the breakfast bar, and six will fit around the dining table for dinner together. The deck may beckon you outside on a nice day - luckily, there's a patio table and furniture for lounging, as well as a gas grill and a private hot tub for memorable nights. Take the bikes out of the garage and explore the neighborhood! There's plenty of room for your dogs to run around, so feel free to bring them along for the fun. With four bedrooms and two full baths, as many as 10 guests will sleep comfortably here. The first floor has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a king, both with access to a shared full bath. Upstairs are two more rooms- one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds with twin trundles (four twins total), which also share a full bath. In every room, you'll find a small TV set, and laundry is easy with a private washer/dryer. This house is perfect for a large family, a couple families traveling together, or a group of friends - go horseback riding at the stables, rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard from the marina, or go on a group rafting trip down the Deschutes! My only request: One dishwasher pod for every day of our stay (7 people means a lot of dishes-- we had 2 pods and were there 4 days). The deck off the master bedroom was a little bit of seclusion and peace for us, the parents. The hot tub was a little luxury at the end of the day. The only minor issue was that no additional trash bags were supplied in the house - one and done, which doesn’t work and isn’t on your own typical packing list. Starting with positive , roomy with amenities for 10 or more. We loved having our pups with us. Air conditioning very nice. SHARC passes, wonderful. Negative, the dryer shreeched so loudly it was unusable. The repairman suggested we go out on the deck while we used it. They did give us a bit of refund for that. The hot tub wouldn’t stay warm. That repairman told us to turn it up higher than the temp we wanted. Didn’t work. The coffee pot didn’t work at all. They brought us a new one. Lastly, most of the game controllers and remotes had dead batteries, even the clock. We spent a lot of time waiting for maintenanc to come. ##### Kathryn C.
