Launch your boat from the community dock only a quarter-mile away and spend fun-filled days exploring the Deschutes River. Mount Bachelor and downtown Bend are within a short drive away, as are the Cascade Lakes. You'll also be near outdoor winter activities such as snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. At home, a large wood-lined yard offers a tranquil setting -- complete with a firepit, deck, and grill. Inside, high ceilings and a fireplace create a warm open vibe, while a full kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals for your group. Relax by the electric fireplace in the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV. Two leather sofas provide ample seating. Doubling as a game room, the garage offers a card table for friendly competition. Whip up favorite meals in the modern kitchen, detailed with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a Keurig, Kitchen-aid stand mixer, and crockpot. A kitchen island offers plenty of prep space, as well as seats for guests. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies and clean home ourselves. The grounds were full of weeds, clearly no yard work had taken place and it was quite frankly, disgusting! False misrepresentation of home, what was advertised was not available. Bikes were dirty and tires were low-no pump available. Passes not available and certain towels were not available. When we called to talk with someone with regards to these items, we negotiated “half off” of our entire fee, not housekeeping fees. The email that we receive stated a $150 refund, not the half off entire fee. When we tried to get hold of someone, we were constantly to,d they will call us back with a few hours. After a few DAYS, we finally had a reluctant person tell us that they would not refund the half off entire fee, but only the housekeeping fee. The rental was falsely advertised and according to the contract, breach of contract. They clearly failed to provide their side of the agreement. We spent half of our vacation trying to resolve these problems, to no avail. ##### Kelly D.
