It's location is perfect for exploring Bend and the surrounding area. Though the home is nice, it has one flaw. They have the tankless water heater installed in the laundry room. These are loud when someone draws hot water. It is so loud you can't hear each other talk in the main room, and need to close the laundry door. And it is still loud after that, just more manageable. This unfortunately detracts from an otherwise awesome rental. On the property manager side I had an issue. I sent a message ahead of time asking if there was an outlet near the front of the house to top off charging my electric vehicle. They responded that they would check for me and get back. And they didn't follow up and dropped it. I own two rentals and use a PM and so well aware this is not good customer service.
