The location of the house couldn't be better with the bike trail right in the backyard - easy access to the SHARC, town, and trails around Sunriver. The house was very well stocked and worked perfectly for our family of 5: cupboard full of games, kitchen with everything you'd need, beach towels, bluetooth speaker, smart tv, even perfect little already filled laundry detergent bags! I appreciated all of the utensils, pans, bowls etc. very well thought out for the cooks in the kitchen. This house had a nice flow to it with the bedrooms in the back and common areas in the front. This worked out very well as I got a migraine and went to bed early while the kids played in the living area ( and I didn’t hear them). The location is great, quick bike ride to sharq, fort rock or the observatory. Quiet street. I enjoyed walking my dogs in the morning. Large area out back that I hooked up a runner for my dogs to enjoy the outdoors safely as we played on the deck or sat in the hot tub. House was easy to keep clean and had a great bunk bed for my boys. Talking with the owner was super easy as well. We have been visiting sunriver for 13 years now and this is one of my top houses.
