Right across street from Newport Market which is a wonderful high end local grocery. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend Spork. The home was perfect for us and our two teenage boys. Very clean, kitchen was decently well appointed. Home is LEED certified so very environmentally friendly. Gigantic master bath and high quality bed- although a bit soft for my taste. Living room was roomy and comfortable. Check in was easy. Location was fantastic. Walked to Munchin Music (Summer Thursday music festival at Drake Park). Enjoyed everything about our stay. Thank you for letting us use yoor wonderful home. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. I love the grocery store next door (Newport Market), and so great to be pretty much across the street from CHOW. We walked downtown a couple times, and it was nice to be just a 5 minute drive from the Box Factoru. We were really in need of a getaway after both of us working from home and not going anywhere for the last year. We were glad to have had good weather so we could enjoy lots of excellent outdoor dining. ##### Ann G. Close to EVERYTHING! It’s very open and airy. Enough space for several people & the property manager is great! The only thing is, there really is NO yard, if u have your dog with you, otherwise....perfect! ##### Criya M. We really liked almost everything about this place except, It’s on a very busy street. Fortunately, the master bedroom is located in the back of the house, so nighttime traffic was not too bothersome. However, the city does road work at night, and on our last night there, they were paving the street, so the asphalt roller was going back and forth in front of the place. Woke me out of a dead sleep! It lasted most of the night. The smoke alarm in the master bedroom beeped loudly one night around 2am. Originally I thought it might need new batteries, but in retrospect, I wonder if it wasn’t an alarm for carbon monoxide. That night our door was closed, after that we left the door opened and it never happened again. I emailed the management company about it with no response. This place is walking or biking distance to everything. Some of the best restaurants were within a two/three block radius. It was nicely equipped with everything you might need. Even washing machine detergent. We very much liked this property, and other than these two small issues, I would recommend it. ##### Carla D.
