Situated on a spacious corner lot, this home does NOT disappoint. Perfect for multiple families, a small work retreat, or that special anniversary or birthday. Each bedroom is an en suite providing plenty of privacy for everyone. This reverse living, split-level home has all the amenities to suit everyone’s needs. Upstairs is the spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, and access to the two upper decks. The stunning living room is equipped with a gas fireplace embedded in the river rock floor-to-ceiling hearth, floor-to-ceiling windows, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating to enjoy a great movie. The well-appointed kitchen is ideal for cooking the perfect meal for everyone to enjoy. Don’t feel like cooking, then let the grill master take over and BBQ on the gas grill located on one of the upper decks. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as viewed in the description and photos. We had 6 adults, 5 kids ages 19-9\. Location was great, road bikes to the SHARC and village, teens able to ride to village to get coffee on their own. En Suite bdrm/bath combos really worked for us, made vacation comfortable for all. House was roomy, enjoyed dining table large enough for all, fun pool tournaments in the evening, ping pong while everyone getting bikes in the garage. Nice kitchen, plenty of dishes, etc, all appliances worked great. Laundry room (2 dryers) was very handy. Nice entry bench/hooks inside front door, long bench in garage convenient. Spa worked great, well used, lots of towels for it. BBQ was great, decks nice in late afternoon, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend, would rent again if needed something that large of a house again.
