We happened to be there during a heat wave and were happy to find fans in each room and a portable air conditioner to keep the house comfortable. Communication with the host was top notch, a couple of questions were answered immediately. The information provided prior to our trip made check in super easy. Place is close to desirable locations (10 Barrel, Drake Park, downtown, and restaurants). It was also close to Shevlin Park where we attended a wedding. Easy place for Uber to pick us up. Only thing I would suggest is the owners need to add mini splits so they have air conditioning. Also, they should switch kids room with one of the others. Not safe to have little kids off by themselves and close to outdoor door. ##### Patricia R.
