Although on a fairly busy street, the proximity to Drake Park, the river trail and downtown made it worth it. We were able to walk to food trucks, a brewery and restaurants. We borrowed the provided tubes for a tubing run on the river, which is right out the door. The parking was a bit tricky as google wanted to take us to the front door but once we figured that out and got inside we were impressed. Right on the river, very wackable to shops and restaurants and of course breweries. The house was updated and clean would definitely love to stay again. However, the bedroom window faces a busy street and I could hear traffic easily. The first night they were paving/doing road work all night (would have been nice to know, I would have selected a different location as I was on a working trip.) The hot water is very slow to come in the bathroom sink. Parking was a nightmare - one night I had to park two block away, maybe there are more cottages than spaces.
