It’s the country setting you desire located within reach of bustling city life when you want it. The Space: Enjoy an abundance of outdoor activities via nearby trails perfect for hiking, biking, or running. Take a day trip into Bend and visit scenic recreational parks and riverfront excursions while enjoying local shopping and dining. Back at home, continue to bask in the outdoors on the large deck with café style seating for 2 around a cozy firepit, or take your meals at the patio table for 4 with chairs and an umbrella. Head indoors where you’ll find a combined living, kitchen, and dining area, complete with faux leather recliner seating, smart TV, high-top dining table for 2, and a fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, Keurig and French press coffee makers, and all the cookware and dinnerware necessary for preparing home cooked meals are all provided for your convenience. This guesthouse comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 private bedroom inclusive of a queen size bed, private deck access, and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom closet. THINGS TO NOTE: \- This is an attached unit. \- DCCA #600310. \- For A/C adjustments, the local staff will need to be contacted. - The heater can be controlled and adjusted inside the home. \- Guest parking is available for 2 vehicles in the paved driveway \- Pet friendly! An additional daily pet fee of $35 will be applied after the booking is complete. 1 pet maximum. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet. Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or participating in the West's Bend Ale Trail, the largest beer trail. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up to Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube. Other Things to Note: If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. I love the back patio with the string lights, propane firepit and barbecue grill that you can use. Bathroom was so spacious and clean it made me want to have the same layout at home. We were provided with lots of necessities that we were able to use so thank you! We were just bummed out that there was no AC even though on Vrbo listing it says it included AC.
