With a private hot tub and eight SHARC passes - this is a great place to get away from it all. Ideally situated, this home is right next to both the Woodlands Golf Course and the complex pool. Sunriver's eateries and shops, like Hot Lava Baking and Coffee, are under three miles to the south, with SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center) just before that. There are 40 miles of paved bike trails, so consider planning to get around on two wheels rather than four! The light walls and wooden furniture make the living areas feel welcoming and friendly. There's complimentary WiFi, an iPod docking station for listening to your favorite music, and a TV for entertainment. In warmer weather, air conditioning helps you stay cool and comfortable. There's even a washer/dryer, making it easy to pack light. Well-equipped and with an island for extra chopping space, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up well-loved dishes. Serve memorable meals at the dining table or outside. The deck has a table so you can eat and breathe in the sweet-smelling air at the same time. During the day, watch the bike path and the golfers nearby. At night, soak in the private hot tub and forget all your cares as the hot water carries away your tension. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September. The house is clean and spacious, and has everything you need for a vacation. Check in/Check out were easy. The house is located right off a bike pat, and we were able to bike around on the bikes that were provided. Location and house was perfect being near the golf course. Travel with a map of Sunriver as it's very easy to get lost in car and on foot. SHARC was not available, which was a huge disappointment as it was the primary reason we selected this home within Sunriver boundaries for our family reunion - long lines, overcrowded, not enough staff. Great place. ##### Voyageur vérifié Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2018 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### steve c. 25 août 2018 #### A+ for location, B+ for private pool, C for cleanliness, D for bikes Over all the week was fine more good than bad, but as this is my 10th stay in sun river this house vs the money wasnt what I expected. Biggest plus that we must have missed was the private pool that was very nice. But that was about it couches broken down and had to use throw pillows as fillers. 6 of us went on a bike ride and chains kept coming off so I was bike repair guy with grease all over my hands at dinner. The biggest disappointment for me as I was the one paying for property was attention to detail cleaning. Dead bugs in window seals. Spider webs inside recessed can lights, burnt out lamps in lights, missing remote for bedroom that we never did find. A left coat on back of door. Pillow smelled like it had only been fluffed not changed pillow case. Plugged jacuzzi tub that water wiuldnt drain out. I guess over all location is what justified the price per night, but compared to others I have stayed at the pool would be the only reason for a 2nd stay even though it was out dated and short enough chairs it was very nice.. Sorry just being honest. ##### steve c. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2018 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Ron G., Tacoma, Washington 13 nov. 2017 #### Eclipse stay I would give this condo four and a half or five stars if it hadn't been for the fact that they charged us so much as we stayed during the eclipse. We stayed 3 Nights, and made our reservations back in February 2017\. We were charged four times the usual rate. Three negative things stand out in my mind: when we first walked in the unit, the first thing we saw was the horribly stained and filthy carpet. As other reviewers commented, the black leather furniture was very worn out and sunk when we sat on it. And the third thing, is that the unit really is only for 6 people, not 8\. The good things about the unit is that the kitchen was well appointed. We had wonderful dinners for six people at the table along with the six placemats that were available. We took bike rides everyday on the bicycles that were provided. The outdoor deck table had a nice umbrella so we could sit out in the late afternoon and avoid the hot sun. The pool was very close and private. The two upstairs bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The one downstairs was quite small and consisted of a trundle bed which was taken apart. They were very uncomfortable. All in all, we had a really nice time in Sunriver but they should take the profit that they made off us for those 3 days and put it towards cleaning the carpet and upgrading the furniture. ##### Ron G. Séjour de 3 nuits en août 2017 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Nicol W. 17 juill. 2017 #### Wonderful family vacation home The house was the perfect place for our family vacation. There were 6 of us staying here, 2 adults and 4 teenagers and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities, internet worked great, and the king bed in the master suite was incredibly comfortable. We used the Sharc passes everyday we were there and enjoyed playing pickle ball as well. The large hot tub was also a bonus, since the kids weren't old enough to use the one at the Sharc, they could come back and get in there to warm up after a long day of playing at the pool. The location of the home on the golf course was really nice, it had a beautiful view and was perfect for the kids to go out and run around in the evenings (after all the golfers had gone through). The only minor problem we had was that one of the mountain bikes had a flat tire. Although, since there were 6 of us, and 8 bikes we were able to still go for bike rides without a problem.
