Description:
This split-level home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Sunriver, near Fort Rock Park. The back deck gets great morning sun and fantastic afternoon shade for those hot summer days! There is a spacious deck upstairs with patio furniture and a gas BBQ. With the floor to ceiling windows the Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen are illuminated with the best kind of natural lighting possible. The downstairs deck area has an outdoor hot tub with a privacy wall. There are bikes and a Ping-Pong table in the garage with driveway parking for at least 4 cars.

Downstairs:
Downstairs, is a family room with Flatscreen TV, hot tub access, laundry, and bedroom with a Queen sized bed plus a bathroom off the family room. The garage has a ping pong table and bikes for cruising the paths.

Upstairs:
Upstairs is another Living area, the kitchen, dining area, and access to the deck with gas grill, Also upstairs is a half bath and the upstairs primary bedroom with a King bed and a private bath iwth double vanity and walk-in shower.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

Nice comfy house in Sunriver

Lovely two level home, separate areas for two couples, or family with older kids. Nice and nicely stocked kitchen, hot tub and deck. We had some minor issues, hot tub key missing and trouble with the cable boxes. Two different times Madison came out to the house to assist us and could not have been more helpful, accommodating, patient, kind, friendly and understanding. She was an excellent customer service manager and an ideal representative for your company. She made the small inconveniences less of a hassle. We were only there for one night and we very much appreciated her level of service.

Relaxing, enjoyable snow getaway

Our family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend here. We really loved the hot tub, especially when it was -4° outside! Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Cascara management was very helpful and responsive to requests. We got snowed in one night and they not only came to clear the driveway but also helped reach out to the city to clear the street.

Great Summer Getaway

This property didn’t disappoint! The layout was perfect for our family with teenagers. The house was fully equipped with everything and anything you may need. Beautiful outdoor dining space, and great spacious kitchen. The beds were very comfy and made for a very relaxing vacation. The location was so convenient to both SHARC and the Sunriver mall area. Thanks for sharing your home with us! I highly recommend this property, and hope to return next summer.

Great house in a quiet area

This house is in the center of Sunriver, about a mile from the Village and a little less to the North Market. We would definitely stay here again. It's a very nice house with a reverse floor plan. The Master bedroom and living area were upstairs looking out into the pine trees. About the only upgrade needed is the TVs but that is not why you go to Sunriver so that was fine.

The house was as listed, the hot tub was fantastic, the split level afforded nice privacy for the two couples in our group, and the check in and check out processes were smooth and simple. We appreciated the quick response when we asked for a late check out as well.

Relaxing and quiet

Found this house to be perfect for the group we had going. The hot tub has a privacy wall which was perfect to help relax and it was very quiet. Neighborhood was very quiet as well. The place was very clean and even had a waffle iron which was even better. Overall very relaxing place to stay and close enough to the village but far enough away that there wasn’t a lot of people.

Just a few extras would make the stay perfect

Property was clean. I think they should put a larger TV in main area. We were using the downstairs pull out, so the tiny TV was not well suited for watching movies as group. Also grill was dirty and caused grease fire, so might want to make sure that it clean. Also no A/C and the heat was a bit unbearable. Also a binder that says where things like towels etc are and maybe some to go menus from nearby restaurants.

Awesome vacation home

We had such a lovely time here! The home was perfect for the four of us. The downstairs was a nice area to put the teens they had their own living space and bedroom. Hot tube and location was great!
