We easily gained entry and quickly found a microwave unit with an error code on the front panel. Jeff was helpful in walking through steps to see if we could get it to recover. Alas, we could not. This was an electronic failure and not a failure on the owner's part. Jeff had a countertop microwave delivered the next day. The house was clean and acceptably supplied. However, we were not comfortable. The dining table and chairs were the high variety and we found them uncomfortable. The living room furniture was soft and provided no support for my aching back. The TV was a 7 yr old LCD that was noticeably deficient compared to modern LCD TVs. As luck would have it, smoke from fires was almost always present. There was only one day when visibility was clear enough to see Mt. Hood. One good thing is that we discovered one the best Mexican/Latin restaurants we've ever been too. Fully stocked for an enjoyable stay and home was very clean, huge windows, hot tub was clean etc..we were very happy with our stay.
