### Elegant & Private Home 3-bedroom house in Bend with AC, WiFi, fitness room

We are looking to host a longer term renter starting after November 2025, for 1-6 months. We are very flexible with the dates.  
  
Gorgeous Bend Oregon Vacation Home which sleeps 6 very comfortably, 3,000 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a very large open space. Beautifully furnished with modern decor and a whimsical flare with high end finishes, this vacation home is a one of a kind.  
  
The house also has a fantastic backyard that is very private.  
  
In the house, which sleeps 6 there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two kings and a queen room, all with high end mattresses.  
  
Spacious fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops, gas stove with six burners and an oven, breakfast bar for four, formal dining area for 8, opens up to the living room with a fireplace, a 65" high definition TV and audio system, sectional sofa and sitting chair. New washer and dryer in the home as well as most every other amenity you can think of, including a spacious 2-car garage.  
  
The outdoor patio is a very usable and comfortable outdoor living space. It is just as gorgeous as the home itself, with beautifully manicured gardens and landscaping, a high end barbeque, a large umbrella, two lounging chairs, seated outdoor dining for 4, and a patio heater.  
  
No Smoking.
