The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and the owner was very receptive to questions. Stayed with my husband for 2 days while checking out the area we might move to. Scott's cozy condo had everything we needed, and was perfectly located for seeing Bend. The condo complex is quiet and spacious and pretty. Scott was very friendly and responsive, and checking in and out was easy. ##### Dianne B. The priorities were all met: Cleanliness; Location; Safety/security; Comfort; Communication with host. The amenities went above and beyond that. Our daughter visited with the two grandkids (6 & 8) and they loved the playground and pools that are literally a two-minute walk from the condo. The deck is great for watching the sunset and occasional wandering wildlife. The river (trail) is less than a fifteen minute walk. We didn't have to buy coffee as there was some already in the refrigerator. The AC was very quiet. There were more than the average number of TV channels to chose from and it looked like Netflix was available. The place is tastefully decorated and the furniture is high quality (bed very comfortable too). Next time we go to Bend, I'll just check the availability here first. ##### Tim B.
