This was a perfect location because we could walk into town to rent the bikes, and still just a 2-3 mile ride to Phil’s Trailhead or the KGB trail. Super clean and everything you need was provided but I will say it's best if you have your own car. Uber and food deliveries had a hard time getting in the gates sometimes but that's almost to be expected in such a nice gated area! Would stay again! ##### Lauren R. Stayed 2 Overall was a pretty disappointing experience. Positives: Good location if you want a short commute to downtown Bend. Negatives: Upon arrival, the downstairs area was freezing cold and the upstairs was extremely warm. We spent the first evening/night trying to regulate the temperature and after a while we worked-out that the thermostat was not working at all. Not ideal in 90+ degree weather. I advised the manager and was told via text that it will be fixed the week after we depart. We also had the unwelcome surprise of wet hand-towels in one bathroom that also had human hair in them. Was not a pleasant experience and set the tone for our stay. Over the 48hours that we spent in the property, we kept encountering more and more things that suggested the property was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. Finally, we discovered that we were unwelcome at the community pool and although pool access is not mentioned in the listing, we naively expected it would be accessible... So for anyone planning to stay here note that none of the Broken Top facilities are accessible to you. In the end, we were fed-up and decided to leave half-way through our stay. ##### Dean S.
