We took a family trip for a week and the location is fantastic! Basically downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. We walked easily to all the downtown restaurants and took in all the sites. Walks along the river and into the quiet neighborhood were beautiful and serene. Only 25 minutes drive to Sun River resort, where we enjoyed lunch and a spa day, and 25 min to Mt Bachelor. Anything we might need during our trip was available (and more!) Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent was all available. Kitchen was well appointed. Clear instructions on how to work tv's etc and binder with recommendations on restaurants and activities were appreciated. Our family (all adults) enjoyed walking to shop, eat and farmers market (oh, and the breweries too!) We all enjoyed running on the trail near the river.
