We were very comfortable and happy with the property. The yard is huge and beautiful as we got the opportunity to watch snow fall. The front rockers could not be used due to bushes covering most of the deck and weeds growing up through the deck. The deck paint was peeling a lot and being tracked in the house. The kitchen was stocked with the basics which was nice but there was not enough silverware to accompany the amount of guests the house sleeps (we had 9). We had to constantly wash forks and knives so everyone had something to use.
