The home is so comfortable, included all amenities one needs, beautiful property and close to all the SunRiver conveniences. We made every meal at home over our 6 day stay, played games, relaxed every night on the patio, tried out the paddle boards and bike provided by home owner. Having the fresh water pond right out the back door was a bonus. Btw, we really enjoyed the cold tap water, the ninja blender, the bbq and hot tub. Highly recommend this home. ##### Valerie J. This home was by far our favorite. Not only was the house exceptionally clean and well appointed, the property was breathtaking! The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of extra towels, comfy beds, a huge comfy couch in the family room, and an extra entertainment room we used for yoga. The house sits on a huge lot that backs to the spring that feeds the Spring River. It looks like a large pond and is extremely clean and clear. We were able to use the paddle boards provided on the water. Lots of wild life abound in the area. There is also private river access around the corner for the neighborhood. Proximity to Sunriver village was great and we even found a new restaurant (The Wallows) close by that we ended up loving. We will definitely rent this property again in the future. We had a group of adults who were looking to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen and grill were great for meals. The spring out back was fantastic for floating and paddling in the sunshine, this was one of our favorite features. The home location felt private and the spaces are designed well for large and smaller separate groups. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of towels and linens available, which was a major plus. We’ve rented several homes in the area over the years and this one was definitely the winner. I can see us renting again.
