The comfortable living area has a dining table for four and a sitting area to relax as well as a cozy fireplace, a Queen sized Murphy wall bed, a balcony, and another full bathroom. Condo was as described, very well equipped and comfortable. The surprising thing to us was how very quiet it was at night! So many restaurants within walking distance. It's a very quiet place, we never heard any of our neighbors. Our son (3 years old) can play a bit loud, but no one seemed to mind. Ten minute walk to downtown was convenient. Easy walk to Downtown Bend We enjoyed the location. Wish we would have known there wasn't an elevator to the 3rd floor only steep steps up. The unit was nice. The cleanliness of it was AWFUL. All of the bottoms of our feet were constantly black from the dirty floors. I don't think the floors have been mopped in years. The upstairs bedroom closet floor was filthy and so was the floor behind the bathroom door in the upstairs shower/toilet area. The sliding glass doors rails were so very dirty and the decks were dirty, so we opted not to sit outside. It's to bad the unit wasn't clean. They did a nice job on the remodel and decorating. The kitchen had enough things to be able to cook simple meals. We really could have used another white trash bag, leaving guests with just one is kinda silly. Some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors (for robes while in the shower) would have been nice too. I was afraid to have my clothes hit the floor, especially in the upstairs bathroom as I'm not interested in previous guests, pubic hairs getting on my robe (yuck). Would I rent this unit again? Probably not, only because of the lack of cleanliness. It's to bad too. ##### Renee R.
