From the moment you step inside, the scale of the space opens up around you - tall wood-accented ceilings, expansive glass, and warm gathering areas designed for unhurried time together. After a day exploring Sunriver in the colder months, you return to deep seating, a glowing gas fireplace, and rooms that invite everyone to spread out and settle in. The space This 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home spans approximately 6,000 square feet and accommodates up to 18 guests. The layout is designed for groups who want both shared moments and personal space, with three distinct living areas and generous common rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the Great Room look out toward the Woodlands Golf Course, bringing the winter landscape indoors while you relax around the fireplace, bar area, and recreation space. Living & entertainment The Great Room combines the main living area, dining space, and recreation zone into one sweeping setting. Multiple Smart TVs, a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, a PGA golf arcade game, and card tables create easy options for evenings spent inside. A second and third living area provide additional places to unwind, watch a movie, or enjoy games without crowding. Kitchen & dining At the center of the home is a well-equipped kitchen with two islands, stainless steel appliances, and ample prep space for group meals. The adjacent dining area seats 14+ comfortably, making it well suited for long winter dinners, shared breakfasts, or meetings during a corporate retreat. A full bar area adds another gathering point for relaxed evenings indoors. Sleeping arrangements Sleeping spaces are thoughtfully distributed across the home. There are six Master Bedroom Suites, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The seventh bedroom is a bunk room with three twin bunk beds (six twin beds total), making it ideal for younger guests or group sleeping. Quality linens and comfortable furnishings are used throughout. Outdoor features A large deck overlooks the golf course and includes a hot tub available year-round - especially inviting on crisp winter nights. A gas BBQ and outdoor seating are available, though most guests gravitate indoors during colder months. Extras & access The home includes bikes for use on Sunriver’s paved paths when conditions allow, a large garage, and parking for up to seven vehicles including the garage. House has a great setup with bedrooms spread out so each couple/family could have their own quarters. Sets right off the 15th hole green, and a 5 min bike ride to huge park, 10 min to village and 20 min from Benham Falls...plenty of bikes to zip off to where you want to adventure in Sunriver. We had a party of 12 adults and found the house to be quite accommodating.We thoroughly enjoyed the main entertaining space, including the kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as the adjacent game room. We made good use of the pool table, shuffleboard, and bar area. We also used the hot tub and the home's collection of bikes. The kitchen was very well appointed with any small appliance you might need as well as a handful of kitchen essentials such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, ziplocs, foil, etc. and a few spices. So nice to not have to purchase those items for a short stay. The home also had a laundry room with ample space, two washers and dryers and detergent available which was also ideal.We particularly liked the layout of the bedrooms. Everyone felt like they had a quiet, separate space which included private en-suite bathrooms.We'll return to Sunriver in the future - and we would all definitely stay at The Masters Lodge again! ##### Michael F. We very comfortably fit four families, including 8 adults and 10 tweens. The 6 ensuites were equally comfortable, meaning everyone had a great room with an equitable vibe. The home was well-appointed and had everything we needed. A few small deferred maintenence items on appliances and hardware but none that impacted our stay. We travel frequently to Sunriver and this has been our favorite home by far! Our engagement with Blue Pacific the property manager was unfortunately not great. The best hosts are invisible unless you need them but BP felt like the the main character in our vacation. I was contacted 20+ times before and during the stay between phone, text and email. The first day of our stay they showed up at the property with a table runner to 'protect the dining room table'. I asked them to not enter (it was after skiing, our kids were in base layers and pajamas) and that I was happily able to place it on the table; they disregarded my objection, said they were required to enter, entered, placed the small cotton runner on the table and took photos while inside. Weird and violating. The second day someone arrived at the property to service the hot tub and a third request to enter to repair an arcade game was made, but ended up not happening. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were good sized and there are lots of bathrooms! We were pleasantly surprised to see such high end appliances. House was not very clean. There was an excessive amount of golf memorabilia, north woods and winter sports decor, all covered with dust. To spend the long week-end with my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren in such a lovely home was worth the $$$$$. It would have been helpful to have the use of the elevator as one of my daughters has been crippled by a tragic fall. One of my twins had triplets and our boy is severly crippled. We managed pretty good though. The home was beautiful and we had a fantastic time. Just an fyi, some of the cups that were in the cupboard were not clean so we ran them through our first load in the dishwasher, and they came out great, also the bedroom to the left on the top level... the window next to the toilet needs to be sealed, you can feel the cold air coming through. Each couple had their own suite and our 5 grandkids had plenty of room to play. The kitchen was easy to work in and serve 17 for dinner. The extra bar area really made it great for cocktail hour. The property management team was great. It would have been nice to have a little more in basic house supplies- garb bags, dish soap, paper towels etc but next time we’ll know. The house was clean and very spacious. The area that we were in was close to everything we needed. The only complaint would be, is that the Wi-Fi is way too slow for such a big house. I had to turn off my Wi-Fi in order to use my phone in the house. Also, we thought the bikes would be available in the winter, but they close them down during wintertime due to liability. Our family has been going to Sunriver (for Thanksgiving) for 40+ years and this was the best home yet. Lots of room (and activities) for all members of the family, including toddlers to teenagers. As this was a Thanksgiving reunion with full dinner, you might anticipate needing something to complete the dinner arrangements, but no, everything was there for us. Greatly appreciated the 2 dishwashers and extra refrigerators. Will be looking foreward to next years stay. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent Aug 14, 2013 #### Beautiful house for a large family This house was beyond our expectations. Our family of 16 (11 adults and 6 kids) had more than enough space in each bedroom and come together in the large family room. In addition, the community of Sunriver had more activities then we had anticipated. In our week stay, we only touched on a few things of the main areas within Sunriver. Our favorite part was the availability of bikes in the house. We rented 3 kid carriages and biked all over Sunriver.
