The expansive windows of this elegant lodge style home bring the outdoors in with beautiful landscaping and natural sunlight. The southwest sun exposure provides a sunny and pleasant outdoor experience while enjoying this peaceful setting on the outdoor patios or the private hot tub. Additional features of this home include: • A spacious great room with vaulted ceilings that includes, a well equipped kitchen perfect for entertaining granite counter tops and a large island for gathering or prepping a meal or snacks • A dining table that seats 12 • Gas fire place and a flat screen TV with Blu-ray • The home also has a separate media room right off the great room that is perfect for kids or adults to enjoy a movie or a game while others gather in the great room, full light doors leading to the media room are perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones while keeping out the noise • Downstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds flat screen TV's and tasteful décor. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and private access to hot tub • The 2nd king downstairs has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower • Upstairs there is a 3rd suite with a king bed and private bath, a 4th bedroom with a king bed and the 5th bedroom is the bunk room. The only thing I could see as a problem for a family with small children during good weather months is the closeness to a busy road. The house had a wonderful layout for our large family. Four bedrooms for parents to have their privacy as well as a bunk room for the grandchildren. When we ran low on dishwasher cubes the property managers were very quick to bring a new supply. It would have been nice to have towels for hot tub use or for the property description to mention for renters to bring their own.
