The property is composed of independent living room with sofabed, fully fitted independent kitchen, 1 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 fully fitted bathroom. Both bedroom and living room have air conditioning machines installed. It also has a spacious bacony with seas views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while appreciating the beautiful horizon, seaview and garden. The complex has a communal swimming pool.  
  
There is a bus stop in front of the property and buses stop every 15 minutes.  
Families particularly like the location as it is a perfect place for your holiday or a short break

Nearby places to visit:  
Just 5 km from the apartment is Puerto Marina, twice awarded the title of 'world's best marina' and often described as modern Venice. Strolling around the marina you will find excellent shops, restaurants, cafes and activity options including boat trips, parasailing and dolphin watching.  
In the marina you will also find the sea life aquarium where you can walk through the transparent tunnels in the underwater park or watch feeding demonstrations. You will come across almost every type of sea creature imaginable.  
Also a few minutes away, to enjoy impressive views, you can ride the cable car that offers an aerial trip to the top of Mount Calamorro, where you can discover the most exclusive panoramas of the Costa del Sol, which also offers spectacular flights of birds of prey. in virgin nature, with more than 60 different species such as the peregrine falcon, the golden eagle, the eagle owl and the griffon vulture.  
There is a popular local park (Parque La Paloma) with more than 200,000 square meters of green space, with perfectly signposted walking areas, an artificial lake, modern playgrounds, trails, animals and a restaurant area.  
Just 10 minutes by car (5 km) you can visit the largest butterfly garden in Europe, home to more than 1,500 exotic butterflies that fly freely among waterfalls, flowers and tropical foliage, and next to it, the amazing 33-meter-high Buddhist temple. height, the largest stupa in the west.  
Apart from this, there are many other things to do in the area among which are:  
Colomares castle in Benalmádena town. A monument dedicated to the life and adventures of Christopher Columbus (distance: 5 kms).  
Selwo marina with dolphin and sea lion shows (distance: 4 kms)  
crocodile park with almost 200 crocodiles on display along with alligators and aquatic turtles (distance: 7 kms)  
aqualand torremolinos (aquapark) just 4 km from benalmadena. The largest water park on the Costa del Sol. (distance: 7 km)  
Torrequebrada Golf Club, with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, makes it a unique course and one of the best on the Costa del Sol. (distance: 3 km)  
Malaga center is only 20 minutes away by car or 35 minutes by train, which takes you directly to the city center, where within a short walking distance you can visit monuments of the historic center, Michelin restaurants, the Picasso Museum, among others.
