Comfortable apartment block "San Francisco". In the centre of Benalmadena Costa, in a sunny position, in the heart of the city, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: property with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift. Grocery 100 m, restaurant, bus stop, sandy beach 200 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, minigolf 50 m, cable car 5 km. Nearby attractions: Tivoli World, Mariposario, See World, See Life. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

The area is clean, felt safe.property is clean & family friendly..had a great experience & would recommend..the management company were easily contactable & very helpful..they have great detail for location of key collection, addresses needed..made the stay less stressful..overall I had a great, stress free holiday & would recommend

Mooi appartement,goeie bedden,badkamer,keuken,kamer zagen er top uit. Schitterend uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad. Echt een aanrader. Parkeren is alleen een ramp als u met de auto komt.
