Located in a quiet community, but a stone's throw from bars, restaurants and nightlife. The apartment consists of a cosy living room with 2 comfortable sofas, television with a complete international package. Well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary to eat at home. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. From the living room, access is gained to a beautiful glazed terrace with views of the Mijas mountain. The windows open to give the sensation of a completely open terrace. There is a dining table for 4 people and 2 comfortable chairs to relax, a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. Air conditioning in all rooms and fast fibre optic Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels. The community offers a swimming pool and beautiful gardens to relax and sunbathe. Although not on the seafront, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade where you will find a good variety of places to eat and drink. You are just a few steps from Avenida de Las Palmeras with many restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy. A quiet place but close to everything! You can even walk along the beach (2 km) to the famous Marina of Puerto Benalmádena.
