Comfortable apartment. The apartment is located in the "Los Maitez 2" urbanization, ideal for spending a vacation. The whole is equipped with swimming pools and large gardens. You can find all kinds of services from supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc... Apartment with a magnificent view. Views to the sea. Fully equipped with Air conditioning.. In one of the liveliest streets in Benalmádena, full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers... that end on the beach. But if you prefer, a short walk will take you to the Benalmadena Costa promenade, where you will find typical shops and beach bars where you can eat or have a drink. The residence is approximately 20 minutes from Malaga airport. 10 minutes from the "town of Arroyo de la Miel. They are 2 km from the Torrequebrada golf course. And if what you are looking for is fun for the little ones, the apartment is 10 minutes by car from the park The apartment is one of the best located in Benalmádena Costa. Beachfront!
