This sunny, private villa is situated in a quiet, mature, residential area in the heart of Malaga province. Boasting its own unshared private, secluded pool, sun terraces and gardens, the villa is ideal for a family summer holiday and equally ideal for a romantic get-away. It has a large balcony giving panoramic views of the mountains and sea and is just a 10 minutes walk to the beach. With views of the sea from the balcony you can have a romantic meal on the terrace while the family can sit and relax around the sunny, secluded, private pool area. Being just a stroll away from the local railway station, it is ideally positioned to explore both the Costa and 'real' Spain. Location: Located just 25 minutes from Malaga Airport, the villa is situated in a quiet, mature complex that stretches from the beach back into the hills. The views from the villa are magnificent. In one direction you can look up into the hills and the while-walled village of Benalmadena Pueblo. In the other, the blue seas of the Mediterranean stretch out in front of you. With just a 5 minute walk to the local railway station and a 10 minute walk down the the beach, it is difficult to imagine anywhere more ideally positioned. The Villa: The large terraces and the private swimming pool are the first things that greet our guests. Open the front door and you look into the spacious lounge with marble floors and high ceilings complete with huge picture window and large balcony looking down to the sea. The main room is equipped with air-conditioning which also provides heat in the winter. Downstairs are the two double bedrooms each equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan and external blinds which keep them cool for those hot summer evenings. With gardens walled to give total privacy, visitors can relax in tranquil surroundings while access to the local tennis club with floodlit courts, large swimming pool and world class golf courses are only minutes away. The Urbanisation: At the entrance to the urbanisation there are several beach bars and restaurants. There is a mini-market, a cafe, a bar as well as real-estate offices in front of the newly opened International English School. Just through the under pass are beaches, more bars and restaurants as well as the local hotel which has entertainment most evenings. Further back in the complex is the local railway station servicing the coast from Malaga via the airport through to Fuengirola - it is even possible to take a series of trains all the way from London to the urbanisation - one of our clients did! It’s small but deep enough for jumping in, with lovely space around it.The villa isn’t overlooked at all and we were barely aware of our neighbours. We didn’t have a car so we found the steep hike back from the beach, shops and restaurants with small kids a bit of an effort in the heat. The train station is so handy for the airport and for visits to other towns.Watching the sun go down on the hills from the terrace was a lovely treat and the kitchen window to pass food and tableware was particularly appreciated. Pool was a god send and well maintained, pool towels was nice addition. Train station close by, also bus links. Quiet area. We kept fit for a week as supermarket, restaurant and beach were all down hill, so a bit of a hilly walk back. Owners communication was excellent and made sure everything was all as it should be. We were provided with probably the best welcome pack we've had, wine,beer, water, orange juice, bread, cheese, meat, butter and milk! The villa had everything we needed to spend our 2 weeks there.The pool area was just lovely with stunning views and the lovely pool was a perfect temperature to keep ourselves cool.The villa location is perfect, set on a beautiful street with many other well maintained properties. The views were stunning, mountains, sea and so very peaceful. Being only 5mins from the train station we made good use of that to explore other areas and used it to get back to the airport. Whole process was friction free and the owner made everything a pleasure from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. We stayed for week in early November so weather was just about there as well. A lovely stay at this very comfortable clean villa. Having the two spaces to relax outdoors was fabulous, with incredible views from the terrace on one side complete with movie-worthy sunrises, and the pool and loungers on the other terrace where we could move to as the sun moved round. To have the lovely hillside location, and also be within walking distance of the train station, the beach, and a range of restaurants, was ideal for us. Clive was a very helpful indeed, with prompt responses to all our enquiries ahead of arrival, and the generous offer to let us check out late in the day for our evening flight since there were no new guests arriving for a few days. This was at no extra cost and was a life saver with two teenagers in tow, and particularly so given the day was soggy (thankfully we just missed the storms that caused some havoc a day later). A holiday to remember with a successful dolphin spotting boat trip, some beach and sea swimming action, lots of delicious local food, and the incredible views at the top of the Teleferico cable car. :) ##### Rebecca R.
