There are plenty of places to eat and drink down in Carvajal” “The area is wonderfully peaceful and the beach is an easy 15 minute walk away” “The beach was beautiful and the Mexican bar/cafe was especially good” “We can also recommend the fabulous Indian Nirvana which delivered to us” “The supermarkets close by were also good, as was the little store down by the beach” “Easy access to supermarkets, trains to take you to Malaga etc” “The apartments are close to the train station at Carvajal which takes you all the way to Malaga” “We hired a car which was easy to park outside and made for a hassle free holiday with trips to Mijas pueblo, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Malaga and Torremolinos all within 30 mins drive” “We did not hire a car but used Uber when we went out on trips and found it very reasonable” “We used Ubers to and from the apartment and also Bolt. This allowed us to explore without hiring a car” “With a car, it's very well located for short drives to local points of interest, all recommended in a guidebook provided by Sarah- brilliant! Mijas was a highlight, Benalmádena is gorgeous too, and Málaga is just a short drive away! Parking was straightforward on the street with plenty of space” “The butterfly park was amazing. The Bio park in fuengirola is well worth a visit and the walk back (about 1 1/2 hours) along the coast is lovely and flat. Another must is the cable car, fantastic views and a great falconry show at the top.” “Sarah is very friendly and a great communicator, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Hoger gelegen studio met mooi uitzicht naar zee. Rustig stukje aan een drukke kust. Prettig ingericht en netjes onderhouden. Lopend kan er veel mits je een goede conditie hebt. We stayed here at the beggining of September, a lovely place and very cosy studio with extremely comfy beds! All needs catered, which I found out first hand after snapping the strap on my dress and found a sewing kit! Great little getaway, very lovely gardens. We hired a car so could get about very easily and hired taxi's into town in the evening if we wanted a well deserved beer! Sarah has provided spotlessly clean and well furnished accommodation, which is superbly equipped and includes a comfortable bed - a vital amenity! The delightful location is quiet, peaceful, provides a distant view of the sea and is surrounded by gardens and flowers.There is information and support available for all eventualities and Christine/Sarah, in an adjacent apartment, are equally supportive. The apartment lacks a sun terrace but provides lovely, shaded outdoor seating - suitable for alfresco dining. Car parking is available and loungers can be taken to the pool for sunbathing. Sarah is quick to respond to questions and we felt very satisfied. As in many places on the Costa del Sol, the area is hilly and so car hire is particularly helpful. Torremar car hire set within walking distance - uphill! - is very good and Lesley is english speaking. ##### William N. Die Ausstattung vom Casa Annabel ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alle wichtigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Urbanisation,- Mietwagen wäre von Vorteil wenn man die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist aber kein unbedingtes Muss. Im Casa findet sich eine Infomappe mit ganz vielen Tipps, was man in der Region unternehmen kann und man wird vor Ort ebenfalls betreut.
