Located in Benalmádena, this impressive 80 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the guest bedroom offers 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning, and blackout curtains. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a video intercom, and the apartment offers amenities such as Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine in the storage room, and a baby cot available for an additional fee. Modern furnishings and step-free access with an elevator ensure comfort, as does abundant natural light in all rooms.  
  
You can enjoy 2 private balconies with magnificent views: a large south-facing one overlooking the sea, pool, and golf course, and a smaller one facing the mountains. The communal outdoor pool operates from 11:00 to 20:00 with a lifeguard and is usually open from June to September. The communal garden features a large pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower.  
  
The property includes 2 shared parking spaces and easy access to public transport. Fitness classes such as Zumba, Pilates, GAP, and Circle fitness are offered, as well as children's Zumba for ages 6 to 12\. There is a communal tennis court. Events are not allowed and quiet hours from 23:00 to 8:00 must be respected.  
  
Situated between Benalmádena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel, and the beach, you will find restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops within walking distance. The beach, marina, and golf courses are just minutes away, with ideal access to explore Marbella, Puerto Banús, Estepona, and Málaga.
