A superb southwest-facing five-bedroom luxury villa located in La Alquería—a tranquil and exclusive residential enclave just minutes from the charming mountain village of Benahavís and within easy reach of the vibrant hubs of Puerto Banús and Marbella.  
  
This contemporary villa has been thoughtfully designed and finished to the highest standards. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area, elegantly furnished and bathed in natural light. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly onto the private terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens, offering captivating views across the valley and down to the sea. The living space flows seamlessly into a fully equipped modern kitchen and a sophisticated dining area with seating for eight. Also on the ground floor is a stylish guest suite with a king-sized bed, along with a separate guest cloakroom.  
  
Upstairs, the villa features the master suite and two additional guest bedrooms, all of which benefit from their own walk-in wardrobes and dressing areas. A shared, beautifully appointed bathroom serves the guest rooms, while all three bedrooms enjoy direct access to a full-length terrace. This outdoor space is ideal for unwinding, complete with a jacuzzi offering spectacular panoramic views and an open-air shower for added indulgence.  
  
The lower level of the villa includes a further guest bedroom with its own bathroom, a well-equipped gym, and a large games room or children’s play area—providing ample entertainment options for families or groups.  
  
Additional features include a three-car garage, hot and cold air conditioning, underfloor heating throughout, and a premium surround sound system. Guests also have access to fast and free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads, as well as a comprehensive TV package with over a thousand international channels—including English, Swedish, French, and Russian—plus access to BT Sports, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, and an extensive library of movies and box sets.

La Alqueria is a beautiful community of houses in a prime location, but please note that it is a residential area with neighbours living in close proximity. We want those living here as well as holiday guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time here in peace, so please respect the neighbours, quiet hours at night, and the communal zones.  
  
We don't want this to sound as though you can't enjoy yourselves here - that's not the case! We are only highlighting this to avoid any potential misunderstandings and to ensure you have a great stay.  
  
The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.  
  
For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.
