### Holiday Home 'Villa' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

In Benahavís, the holiday home Villa with Private Pool with step-free access offers an excellent view of the mountain. The 153 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. On top of that, a shared gym and a shared sauna are also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot is also available. This holiday home features a private outdoor area with a whirlpool, garden, and covered terrace. Guests can also enjoy a shared indoor heated pool.  
  
The vacation home features a shared heated indoor pool and outdoor pool, as well as a sauna, a fitness area, a hot tub, a restaurant, and a bar. The indoor pool is open year-round, while the outdoor pool is available only in summer. The pool is suitable for children.  
  
The vacation home is located just 5 km from the beach, with Marbella and Estepona both reachable within 15 minutes by car. Selwo Zoo is only a 10-minute drive away.
