Located in Benahavís, within the prestigious Montemayor estate, this luxurious 294 m² villa welcomes up to 7 guests in 3 elegant suites: 2 with king-size beds and 1 with two single beds that can be joined as a king upon request. The private, fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, perfect for your morning brew. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms and the living area, washing machine, dryer, private TV, video on demand, private workspace, bathroom with hydromassage, fireplace, indoor private pool, and step-free access are provided. Families will find a high chair and 2 cots for babies and children up to 4 years old.  
  
Outside, enjoy a covered terrace with a private garden and pool. The second floor offers two en-suite bedrooms with balconies and a sun terrace, all with stunning sea and mountain views. You also have access to a communal pool just minutes away.  
  
There is 1 private parking space in the garage and 1 street parking spot. Beach towels are included, and there is a shared storage area for bicycles. Events and parties are not allowed.  
  
This contemporary villa is in a secure gated community with 24/7 surveillance, between Puerto Banús and Estepona. Large windows provide panoramic views and terraces on both levels. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Marbella Club Golf Resort, and paddle courts are just a 15-minute drive.
