Large & spacious 180 sq.m apartment with new premium furnishings and spectacular unblocked direct views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean sea towards Puerto Banus.  
  
Secure & peaceful atmosphere with easy off-street parking. 10 mins drive to the shops and restaurants of Puerto Banus; 15mins drive to the centre of Marbella. Within 3 mins drive of the property, there is also a trendy cafe and restaurant offering a wide array of international cuisine and an upmarket supermarket offering all daily essentials. There is also a very good Spanish restaurant with panoramic views 5 mins drive away serving authentic local food.  
  
Close proximity to the numerous Golf courses and Country Clubs in the area : La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Los Arqueros & Aloha. 10mins drive to the Selwo Aventura Animal Park for kids; 10mins drive to the El Corte Ingles department store and exclusive boutiques of Puerto Banus; 15 mins drive to the biggest shopping mall in Costa Del Sol: La Canada.  
  
You can also make day trip to Ronda, the birth place of bullfighting built in 1785\. And visit Cordoba which is best known as being home to one of Andalucia's three great monuments: the Mezquita or you Granada to visit the famous Alhambra. Otherwise you can take a 40mins drive across the border to Gibraltar to enjoy some English food and shop some English products.  
  
However if you prefer to take it easy and stay at home, you can relax by the communal pool while enjoying the beautiful views or sip a drink on the deck or patio of the apartment. Equipped with fast fibre WiFi and TV if you want spend time indoors.
