House on two levels organized as follows: Ground floor : - Kitchen open to the living room/living room - Laundry area - Independent WC. Floor : - A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (view of the Ria) - A bedroom with two 90 x 190 beds - A bathroom with shower and WC. Exteriors: Garden and terrace of 28m2 with garden table, sun loungers, barbecue and parasol Garden shed for material storage Private parking in front of the house (2 vehicles) The owners live in the immediate vicinity of the gîte. In a peaceful area, discover this rental ideally located 30m from the beach and 10m from the coastal paths (20 km circuit joining Etel and the ocean). Inside, you will be charmed by the colorful decoration decorated with paintings by the owner, a painter, whose workshop is located just opposite the gîte. Outside, you will enjoy the spacious terrace and the landscaped garden to recharge your batteries and share friendly moments with your family. Between the country of Lorient and the country of Auray, the charming town of Belz offers a preserved natural setting. You will be enchanted by the variety of landscapes of the Ria: marshes, oyster farms, dunes, wild beaches and charming coves. 3 km away, be sure to visit the island of Saint-Cado, accessible by a small stone bridge. Lovers of the pleasures of the sea can go to Carnac, a popular seaside resort, 15 minutes away by car and discover the charming port of La Trinité sur Mer 20 minutes away. In the heart of the Ria d'Etel, modern, comfortable holiday home, 30m from the beach!
