### 3 bed house on the banks of the River Erne and just outside Belturbet town

Erne View Lodge provides the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, while being just a couple of minutes drive from the town of Belturbet. The house has 3 bedrooms and is located meters from the banks of the River Erne, surrounded by the lakes of Cavan offering world class fishing and boating.  
  
The house sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms (2 x double rooms and 1 x twin room), one main bathroom and 2 en-suites. It is a warm inviting space with a wood burning stove in the main open plan living/kitchen area and double doors opening onto a sun drenched patio where you can enjoy al fresco dining from a Weber gas BBQ.  
  
The living area has a TV with Netflix installed for guests use. It is the perfect space to relax in front of a fire in the evenings.  
  
With lots to offer in the local area, the location makes a great base for an action packed holiday or a relaxing retreat, whichever is your preference. Some key highlights:  
\- Just over 1 hours drive from Dublin  
\- Less than 5 minutes drive to Belturbet town which has numerous food, entertainment and takeaway options on offer  
\- Surrounded by a wealth of world class fishing spots, with boat hire available locally and coarse fishing year round  
\- 25 minute drive from the Cuilcagh Boardwalk or the ‘Stairway to Heaven’ for hikers  
\- 10 minute drive to Cavan Adventure Centre nestled in the Lough Oughter waterway system and the wider UNESCO Global Geopark. Great for all ages offering a water park, kayaking, canoeing, SUP and boat hire to name a few  
\- Plenty of golf options nearby with the Slieve Russell PGA golf course less than 10 minutes drive away
